Returns and refunds

Each product page shows its return window. The window on the page you bought from is the one that applies to that item.

60-day money-back guarantee (products whose page says so): not for you? Contact us within 60 days of delivery and we'll refund everything you paid for that order, including tax and any shipping, even if you've used them. You don't need to send them back. Wrong size? We'll send a different size free, and your 60 days start again when it arrives; you don't need to send the first one back.

30-day returns (every other product): not for you? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the full price of the item. You don't need to send it back.

How: use the contact form at our contact page and include your order number. When: we refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of your message. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Sets and bundles: the return window covers every item in the order.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item: send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund it in full, including shipping, whichever you prefer.

Changed your mind before it ships? Contact us and we'll cancel and refund the order.
